If you want to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• We ship Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except on public holidays.

• Orders are processed on the same day.

• We have no influence on how long the shipping carrier takes. For this reason, we offer more than one carrier for you to choose from.

• SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

We will send you a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. Please note that it may take up to 1 business day for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods domestically (Germany) takes place within 1 – 3 business days, for international deliveries within 3 – 5 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
