Tasnim Iron contains iron bisglycinate – the most stomach-friendly and bioavailable form of iron. Compared to iron sulfate or iron oxide, iron bisglycinate causes significantly fewer stomach problems and is better absorbed by the body. Iron contributes to normal blood formation and the reduction of fatigue.
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and sufficient water.
Tip: Taking it with vitamin C can further improve absorption.
